- Validity of the Terms of Sale
The Terms of Sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the customers of the online shop (hereinafter: Customer) and MyBrows Studio OÜ (hereinafter: MyBrows Studio), the owner of www.permanentmakeup.ee.
In addition to these terms, legal relations arising from the purchase of goods on the online shop are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
MyBrows Studio reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Sale and Price List. These changes are presented on their website.
Prices of products sold on the permanentmakeup.ee online shop are in euros.
Prices do not include VAT.
Go on the subpage “Shop” to make orders or see the product selection.
- Find the appropriate product from the product selection and click on the product for more information.
- Once you have found the appropriate product, specify the desired quantity in the box and click on the “Add to Cart” button.
- Once you have added the products to the shopping cart, a menu “Your Cart” will appear on the right side, displaying the name, quantity and price of the products added to the shopping cart.
- You can then pay for the products by clicking on the “Checkout” button.
- Fill in the contact information fields marked with a red asterisk (*) so we would know where to send the package.
- Review the contents of the shopping cart to make sure you have only the desired products in the cart and select the delivery service from the drop-down menu: appropriate Itella Smartpost parcel terminal or DPD courier. The transport cost is displayed automatically, depending on the service provider.
- Select the appropriate payment method (Paypal or bank link) and read the terms and conditions of sale, and check the box “I have read the agree to the website terms and conditions“.
- Click on the button “Place order” and pay for the products.
- You will receive order information and invoice for the paid products on your e-mail address.
You can only purchase the services/products that are shown on the “Shop” sub-page of the seller’s online shop.
You can change the contents of the shopping cart on the “Your cart”, “Checkout” page. Once the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the contents of the shopping cart and the cart is cleared from the selected services/goods. If the buyer cancels the order after placing the order, the services/goods must be selected again. If the order and contact details are entered correctly, the payment process can be started.
You can pay for the ordered goods via Make Commerce, i.e. Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop and Paypal. After you have made the payment (bank transfer), you must leave the internet bank by clicking on the button “Return to Merchant”. The order confirmation shall be displayed. The buyer pays the price of the order and the delivery cost in full in advance. Payments are accepted in euros. The invoice for the service is sent to the e-mail address after confirming the order.

- Entry into Force of the Sales Agreement
The Sales Agreement shall enter into force from the moment when the total amount of the order is received on the account of MyBrows Studio.
After the Sales Agreement has entered into force (payment by the Customer), MyBrows Studio will complete the order at the agreed time. MyBrows Studio is not responsible for any delays in delivery if the goods have been delivered to the logistics partner on time, but the delivery delay is due to circumstances that MyBrows Studio cannot influence or anticipate.
It is possible to pick up the goods in Tallinn, by prior arrangement. Within Tallinn, the goods shall be delivered on the next day. In other Estonian cities, the parcel shall be delivered to a parcel terminal of Smartpost. The parcel shall be send on the following day at the latest.
The maximum delivery time is up to 5 business days. Usually we deliver the goods to the Customer within 2 to 3 business days. In case of international orders, the parcel is delivered by courier: within 5 business days within the European Union and within 10 business days elsewhere. The buyer is liable in case the package requires customs procedures.
Delivery partners: Itella Smartpost (maximum delivery time 5 business days), DPD courier (maximum delivery time 3 business days).
- Right of Withdrawal
After the order has been received, the buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the online shop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a manner permitted for testing goods in a physical shop.
If the goods have been used for any other purposes or the goods show signs of use or wear, the online shop shall have the right to reduce the refund amount due to the decrease in the value of the goods.

Fill out the withdrawal form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is the fact that the goods to be returned do not correspond to the ordered item (e.g. wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the application or provide proof certifying that the goods have been delivered to the courier within the aforementioned period.
Upon the receipt of the returned goods, the online shop shall refund all amounts received under the agreement to the buyer immediately, but not later than within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application. The online shop may refuse to make refunds until the subject matter of the agreement has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever comes first.
If the buyer has explicitly opted for a way of delivery different from the cheapest conventional delivery method offered by the online shop, the online shop is not obligated to return to the consumer the amount exceeding the cost of the conventional delivery method.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is significantly below the market price of the goods.
- Claims Procedure
MyBrows Studio is responsible for any non-compliance with the agreement terms of the goods sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years from delivery of the goods to the buyer. Defects appearing within the first six months are expected to exist at the time of delivery. Rejection of this assumption is the responsibility of MyBrows Studio.
The customer has the right to contact the online shop by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
The following must be indicated in the claim:
1) Customer’s name and contact details.
2) Date of filing the complaint.
3) The defect.
4) Claim submitted to MyBrows Studio.
5) Reference should be made to the document certifying the execution of the transaction or the guarantee, or a copy thereof can be attached to the claim.
MyBrows Studio shall respond to the claim in writing within 15 days of receiving the claim. If MyBrows Studio is unable to respond to the claim within 15 days, this shall be notified in writing, along with the reason and the deadline by which the response shall be sent.
MyBrows Studio shall not be liable for any defects caused by the Customer as a result of improper storage or use of the product under incorrect conditions. Deficiencies include product defects, but not defects of product packaging.
If the product does not comply with the agreement terms, has defects or deficiencies, the Customer has the right to demand repair or replacement of the product. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement and demand a refund if repair or replacement of the product is not possible, fails or causes unreasonable inconvenience to the Customer.
Finding an out-of-court settlement for online consumer disputes under Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU): click here. If the Customer and MyBrows Studio are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
Procedural conditions can be accessed and the application can be filed here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from the agreement concluded between the buyer and the online shop. Reviewing complaints by the Commission is free of charge.
- Force Majeure
MyBrows Studio shall not be liable for any damages or delays in the delivery of goods if the damages or delays in delivery of goods are due to circumstances that could not be affected or predicted.
